Whitelist Central prides itself on a smooth and easy to use platform! However, some users may experience the following common issues:
Wallet connect lagging
Please clear your browser cache
For all wallet related issues:
We recommend the use of MetaMask wallet for all customers.
Transaction amount seems excessive (likely ETH)
Users can attempt to clear their browser cache, reset their wallet and try again. If the fee remains the same, force the transaction. In most cases the fee is only indicative and not a true representation of the cost.
Transaction failed
Likely that the user has not used appropriate amount of Gas. Please increase your gas and try again.
If this also fails, please update your wallets RPC.
